What Kind of Traveller Am I?

“Travel opens your heart, Broadens your mind and Fills your life with stories to tell.”

Walking under the sea experience

My home is Vietnam which has one of the most beautiful beaches in South East Asia. That is why I have a big love for the sea and water activities such as snorkeling and sea life watching. As I grew up in a big city which has a diverse of multi-cultures, I also enjoy nightlife and large gathering festivals or events. Moreover, as same as other Millennials, I prefer using the Internet and mobile devices in planning my adventures and sharing experiences to others. Travel influencers and their stories on social media are the primary factors inspiring me to choose the next destination in my bucket list.

Before every trip, I always spend time looking for reviews and tips of a destination in order to make detail plans and check lists to make sure I will have the best and the most enjoyable trip. I have two type of travelling, the relaxing one with my family and the exploring one with my friends. When I plan a trip with my family, I will choose convenient and all-inclusive beach resorts where I can just lay down on the beaches and enjoy family time. Additionally, I love to explore new places and try different kinds of food, as well as challenge myself in new activities and experiences such as parasailing and trekking.

According to the Explorer Quotient of Destination Canada, I am a Free Spirit who want to see and do everything with open mind and heart. The most attractive activities that I always look for in every trip are marine life viewing both in aquariums and open seas, dining in popular local restaurants and shopping crafting souvenirs. From a tourism business perspective, I am easily drew into those destinations and activities that have high ratings, positive reviews, recognized awards, traveler influencer recommendations on social media and review sites like Tripadvisors and Travel Insider facebook page.
